State Tribal Relations Events

February 26 & 27, 2019

Please join the Department of Tribal Relations as we host our annual State-Tribal Relations Day Event. This event starts on February 26th and includes  a tribal listening session on education, a legislative reception, and on February 27th join us at the Capitol for a Rotunda Ceremony starting at 11:30 a.m. This year, we are partnering with the South Dakota Department of Education highlighting "Culture In The Classroom" Cultivating Traditional Knowledge in Education.
